How is customization done?

Capture Their Unique Spirit—Together

  • Photo Submission

    After confirming your order, please provide photos of your pet from different angles and its story. Together, we’ll choose the best photo to ensure the final artwork is perfect.

  • Hand-painted eyes

    The eyes are hand-painted in a completely unique way, just for your pet. Of course, this requires you to confirm the size and color of the pupils in advance.

  • Handcrafted gums

    We sculpt the gums using polymer or modeling clay—of course, only if your pet’s expression calls for it.

  • Felt base

    We sculpt the pet’s skeletal muscles with wool to serve as a base for adding more layers of wool later.

  • Nose crafting

    Hand-sculpted to perfectly capture the unique shape, size, and character of each pet’s nose, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind.

  • Adding the wool

    We use colored wool to match your pet’s coat. If you’d like, you can send us some of your pet’s real fur, and we can embed a small tuft in the piece as a keepsake.

  • Paw pad crafting

    We hand-sculpt the pet’s paw pads—of course, only if the type of product you choose requires it.

  • Preview and review

    Once your wool felt portrait is ready, we’ll send a preview for your review and feedback. We’re happy to make small tweaks to ensure the final piece is perfect.

How do we make sure you’re satisfied with the product?

  • After the production is complete, we will share photos and videos with you for review. If you have any concerns, we will discuss and make adjustments to ensure your wool felt piece closely resembles your pet. We pay close attention to every detail and strive to capture your pet’s unique personality.
  • Disclaimer: While we do our best to accurately depict your pet, slight color variations may occur due to differences in device displays. Additionally, because of the nature of wool and the limitations of needle felting, the final piece may not be a 100% exact match.

  • Yes, you can embed a cluster of fur into the artwork.

How long dose it take to made one?

  • Different products take different amounts of time,but generally,it takes around 1 to 2 months.
